To Get Rid Of Zits Would You Rather Pay $275 or $39.97?
Yesterday, Cynthia Chen MD released the results of her study on how acne affects teenagers. Yes they want to get rid of zits. But it was really striking, being able to put a dollar figure to the specific type of acne solution teenagers and their parents want.
Five points Ms Chen emphasized are:
1. Acne is almost unavoidable
2. Having zits is the pits. They cause huge amounts of sadness and anxiety
3. No one wants to be left with acne scars (duh!)
4. Conventional treatments are only 40% - 60% effective
5. Teenagers and their parents are very serious about getting rid of zits. So much so they are willing to pay $275.
The question is … which would you rather pay:
A. $275 to get rid of 40 – 60% of your zits?
Or
B.$39.97 to get rid of over 90% of your zits – permanently?
